These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 777a platform and all its services. By creating an account on 777a or using any of its services, you are automatically considered to have accepted all of these terms.

This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using any service.

Section 1 — Account Registration

1.1

Eligibility Requirements

To create an account on the 777a platform, you must meet the following conditions:

You must be at least 21 years of age.
You must register voluntarily and on your own initiative.
All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
Only one account per person is allowed; creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
You may not create an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person.

Account Verification

777a may request documents necessary for identity verification at any time. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure and, where applicable, forfeiture of funds.

1.3

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that someone other than an authorised person is using your account, notify the support team immediately.

Section 2 — Deposits & Withdrawals

2.1

Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited on the 777a platform using the following methods:

bKash — minimum deposit ৳100.
Nagad — minimum deposit ৳100.
Rocket — minimum deposit ৳100.
Bank Transfer — minimum deposit ৳100 (via major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

All deposit transactions are secured with SSL encryption technology. Funds will be credited to your account after the transaction is successfully completed.

2.2

Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.
Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2.3

Fraudulent Transactions

777a may suspend any transaction suspected of fraud or manipulation for investigation. In the case of chargebacks or unauthorised transactions, the account will be suspended immediately and the right to take legal action is reserved.

Section 3 — Bonuses & Promotions

3.1

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳32,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳47,000.

3.2

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x) the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited funds. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, ৳15,000 in bets must be placed (৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000) before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

3.3

Other Bonus Conditions

Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period — if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers will result in all accounts being closed and all bonuses being forfeited.
777a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
If suspicious activity is detected in connection with any bonus claim, the bonus will be considered void.

Section 4 — VIP Program

4.1

VIP Tiers & Benefits

The 777a VIP program has three tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Promotion is based on your activity and overall participation. The specific criteria for advancing to a higher tier are determined by 777a at the relevant time.

4.2

VIP Benefit Cancellation

VIP benefits may be withdrawn at any time if a breach of Terms or evidence of fraudulent activity is found. Cashback is a privilege, not a right — 777a may change the conditions of this benefit at any time.

Section 5 — Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

5.1

Permitted Use

The 777a platform may be used for personal entertainment purposes. Users are expected to participate in all games honestly and in accordance with the platform's rules.

5.2

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to play games.
Attempting unauthorised access to any system or network of the platform.
Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers.
Colluding or conspiring with other users during games.
Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
Harassing or engaging in disruptive behaviour towards other users.

5.3

Consequences of Violations

If any of the above rules are violated, 777a may suspend or close the account without prior notice, forfeit associated funds, and take legal action if necessary.
